No buckets or sponges required for our fundraising program. Let Charlie’s Car Wash do the work! We’ll donate a portion of the sales when your non-profit organization’s family and friends purchase Exterior Washes through a personalized link your members conveniently text them. It’s an easy way for your organization to experience fundraising success.
Easy step-by step process:
- Choose a date for your month-long fundraiser to start. You should select a date greater than 30 days and less than 90 days from application date.
- Have an authorized contact for your organization complete the online application.
- Submit an organization logo to help supporters recognize your fundraiser.
- Include a list of your members/players/participants, allowing friends and family to attribute their purchase to their favorite member. (Optional, but will allow you to track and reward your member’s contributions.)
- You will be issued a URL and QR code to text and/or email out to friends and family.
- Pre-purchasing their washes is convenient for friends and family and profitable for you.
- That’s it! You will receive a check for a portion of the wash sales within 30 days of fundraiser end.
